The “Begin” journey is divided into 6 coaching sessions: a first session of 90min and others of 60min. In this journey we will explore your goal/dream/idea/project and we will be laying the foundations for it in a respectful and compassionate way towards yourself.
You will find yourself in a space stimulating reflexion, that will help you to enlarge your horizons, nurture your awareness and leave behind limiting beliefs which doesn’t serve you anymore.

Do you listen to yourself?
For the biggest part of my life, I used to treat my body as a machine that had to work in the way I wanted and how much I wanted. I never questioned my method until one day my body said Stop. This was the day when no matter how insisting my mind was, my body didn’t listen anymore, it had to protect itself from all the damage that was done. My mind was in charge of everything and that had to change. I had to learn slowly how to understand my body’ language and read my emotions. I had to learn to Listen.
Being aware of how we feel inside, where our emotions land in our bodies and translating these signs into messages can improve so much our life’s quality and bring so much lightness and peace. It can help us navigate through life, through challenges and it can support us in enormous ways. It can lead our lives to harmony, joy, and happiness. So much wisdom lives in our bodies. Being able to maintain this connection with ourselves is like owning a personal GPS system that would help us move through life and arrive where we need. No other person in this world can know better than ourselves what is best for us.
How many times a day you stop and ask yourself: how am I feeling? How is my body feeling right in this moment? What does it need? And what would help me to understand better? Listening to our emotions, feelings, body sensations is our key to living our life with more balance, peace, and joy. It improves our self-awareness and raise more peaceful approach to life. And the greatest thing is that Listening prepares the soil for confidence to grow and live our life authentically.
